Cancellation, Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
1 — Nature of Products
The figurines offered on the website erotic-figurines.com are handcrafted collectibles intended for collectors.
The majority of the products offered are:
made to order
specifically created for each customer
produced in limited quantities
Each order triggers an individual manufacturing process.
2 — Order Cancellation
An order can only be canceled as long as production of the figurine has not yet begun.
Once production has started, cancellation is no longer possible.
This rule is due to the fact that the figurine is produced specifically for the customer and cannot be resold under the same conditions.
For any cancellation request, the customer must contact the seller as soon as possible via the website’s contact page.
3 — No Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
goods made to the consumer’s specifications
clearly personalized goods
Figures produced to order fall into this category.
Therefore, no withdrawal can be exercised once production has begun.
4 — Limited Editions
Some figures are offered in limited editions.
Due to their collectible nature, these items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded (in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code), except in the case of a manufacturing defect or damage related to transport.
5 — Painted Figures
Figures offered in a painted version involve significant hand-crafted artistry.
Due to the handcrafted nature of this work, painted figurines are not returnable, exchangeable, or refundable (in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code), except in the case of a major defect or damage observed upon delivery.
6 — Product Damaged During Transport
If a package arrives damaged, the customer must:
keep the packaging
take photos of the package and the product
contact the seller within 48 hours of receipt
After reviewing the case, an appropriate solution may be offered:
replacement
repair
partial or full refund if necessary

8 — Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are refundable. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
9 — Exchanges

10 — Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift-giver had the order shipped to their own address for later delivery, we will refund the gift-giver, who will be notified of your return.
11 — Returns

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from it.
The delivery time for your exchanged product may vary depending on your location.
For valuable items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
