By placing an order, the customer confirms that they:

The seller declines any responsibility for access by minors.
4 — Products
The website offers high-definition resin collectible figurines.
Figurines may be offered:
- unpainted
- painted
- in limited editions
- in different scales.
Each item is primarily intended for display and collection purposes.
Images and renders displayed on the website are provided for illustrative purposes.
Minor variations may occur due to:
- the manufacturing process
- hand-finished elements
- lighting or display differences.
5 — Availability
Some figurines are offered in limited editions.
Once sold out, products may be removed from the catalogue without notice.
6 — Orders
Any order placed on the website constitutes a binding purchase offer.
The seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases such as:
- technical errors
- suspected fraud
- payment issues
- exceptional unavailability.
7 — Prices
Prices are displayed in euros (€).
The seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time.
The applicable price is the one displayed at the moment the order is confirmed.
Shipping costs are indicated before the final validation of the order.
8 — Payment
Payments are processed through the payment providers available on the website.
An order is considered confirmed only after payment validation.
If payment is refused by the financial institution, the order will automatically be cancelled.
9 — Production of figurines
Most figurines available on the website are made to order.
Production may include:
- printing or casting
- assembly
- surface preparation
- finishing
- painting.
Each piece is produced specifically for the customer.
10 — Production time
Production times are provided for information purposes only.
Due to the artisanal nature of the process, delays may vary depending on:
- complexity of the figurine
- order volume
- logistical constraints.
11 — Shipping
Products are shipped to the address provided by the customer.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the shipping information.
The seller cannot be held responsible for:
- incorrect addresses
- carrier delays
- losses caused by the carrier.
12 — Customs and local laws
International orders may be subject to:
- import duties
- customs taxes
- legal restrictions.
Some countries may restrict the import of sexually explicit items.
The customer is fully responsible for verifying the legality of importing such items into their country.
The seller cannot be held responsible for:
- customs seizures
- import refusals
- additional taxes imposed by local authorities.
13 — Order cancellation
An order may be cancelled only if production has not yet started.
Once production has begun, cancellation is no longer possible.
14 — Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods:
- made according to the consumer’s specifications
- clearly personalized.
Made-to-order figurines fall into this category.
15 — Returns and refunds
The following products cannot be returned or refunded:
- made-to-order figurines
- painted figurines
- limited edition figurines.
16 — Damaged products
If a product arrives damaged during shipping, the customer must contact the seller within 48 hours of delivery.
Photos of the package and the product may be required.
17 — Product use
Figurines sold on the website are collectible display objects.
They are not designed to be used as toys.
The seller declines responsibility for damages resulting from:
- improper use
- modification of the product
- mishandling.
18 — Intellectual property
All sculptures, models, images and content on the website are protected by copyright.
Any reproduction or commercial use without authorization is strictly prohibited.
19 — Limitation of liability
The seller cannot be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of the website or its products.
20 — Personal data
Personal data collected during the ordering process is handled according to the website’s Privacy Policy.
21 — Force majeure
The seller cannot be held responsible for failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond their control, including:
- natural disasters
- strikes
- logistical disruptions
- major technical failures.
